ZUMBA

Ditch the workout, join the party!  Spice up your body, burn fat and sculpt curves while learning the Zumba moves from salsa to meringue to swing. The music is set to high-energy Latin and international beats.  No dance experience required!

A combination of kickboxing and athletic moves (along with a little dance) and lots of fun combinations perfectly set to high-energy and motivating music. The ultimate cardio challenge with intense intervals, strength and endurance and a relaxing cool-down.

Pound is an easy to follow full-body jam session that combines cardio moves with strength training and drumming.  Burn between 500-900 calories per class, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and DRUM your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music! 

PILOXING BARRE

A complementary program to PILOXING®, PILOXING® Barre is a comprehensive, well-rounded workout that is low-impact, yet intensity building. This new program creates full body awareness utilizing a Ballet Barre for the entire class, both standing and grounded. You lengthen, you strengthen, you box, you SWEAT all at the BARRE.

This class is action packed full of Tabata fun! Get your SWEAT on with 20 second full cardio and 10 seconds rest, in this 45 minute interval routine. This class is proven to burn major calories during class but also after it is over.

Yoga Nidra is a practice intended to create a profound full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness.  Yoga Nidra is designed to physically relax the body, it means yogic sleep, it is a state of conscious deep sleep. Yoga Nidra relieves stress, anxiety, muscular, emotional, and mental tension.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga is just that restorative. A series of 5 to 7 poses held for 3 or more minutes with the use of props. This helps connect you to your breath and listen to your body. It forces you to rest and gives deep stretch to sore or over used muscles.

Children will learn traditional yoga poses such as cat/cow, downward dog, tree, cobra and much more. Using interactive games and animated postures, kids will learn about animals, nature and basic anatomy.
