PUREFIT PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Our personal training + wellness program runs for 12 weeks and will have you making healthy life changes for lasting results! The program starts Monday, July 17th and ends Saturday, October 7th. Maggie and Jessica will be your guides and partners throughout this process - please contact Megan with questions or for additional details.
3 DAY/WEEK PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- 3 one-hour personal or small group training sessions per week
- Weekly weigh-ins // 3 total body measurements throughout the 12 weeks
- Focus on small attainable goals to hit each week
- PLUS unlimited fitness classes at SWEAT - commit to at least 2 more classes each week to keep you going!

With each personal training option you also get a Health Coach to help you reach your ultimate health goals!
Throughout the program you will:
- Receive two, one-hour group health coaching sessions per month
- Receive email/text support between sessions
- Be invited to monthly nutrition classes at no additional cost
- Receive electronic handouts and other materials
- Receive food samples and recipes
- Attend a health food store tour
- Receive a monthly newsletter
Your health coach, Jessica, will provide you with accountability and will coach you to:
- Set and accomplish goals
- Explore new foods and how to prepare them
- Understand and reduce cravings
- Discover food sensitivities and how to manage them
- Increase your energy
- Feel better in your body
